A 50% deposit is required by APRIL 17 with final payment due by MAY 17.  There will be a 10% cancellation fee for reservations cancelled by June 3 except for Tillicum Village tickets.  Cancellation has to be by May 16 to receive refund on those tickets.  Cancellations must be made by phone and authorized by a representative of Gatherings Plus.  All refunds will be processed within 30 days of cancellation.
