Room reservations can be made by calling 417-334-7666. Be sure an tell them you are with the Little Bear Reunion Group.  Room rates are $79.99 plus tax per room per night (single or double) per night, including breakfast.  Rooms in the block that haven't been reserved by March 25 will be dropped.  After that date reservations will be accepted based upon availability.

A 50% deposit is required by February 27, 2012 with final payment due by March 27, 2012.   There will be a 10% cancellation fee if reservation is cancelled by April 20, 2012.  Refunds after April 20, 2012 will be on a case by case basis.

 Cancellations must be made by phone and authorized by a representative of Gatherings Plus.  All refunds will be processed within 30 days of cancellation.
