A 50% deposit is required by JULY 24 with final payment due by AUGUST 24.   We offer a 90% refund for individuals who cancel by noon on SEPTEMBER 20.  No refunds can be made after September 20. 

Cancellations must be made by phone and authorized by a representative of Gatherings Plus.  All refunds will be processed within 30 days of cancellation.
